Our Process

We start working from the moment you get in touch with us, we study your business, your expectations & your target market.  We also study your competition and their market placement.

RUNDOWN

We send the client a brief template to understand their requirements. Where necessary and possible, we will meet with the client face-to-face.

CREATE

This is where design and copy meet and we brainstorm the best way forward based on the client brief. This is the part where the idea starts coming to life.

RETURN TO CLIENT

The first draft or mock-up (based on agreement) will be sent to client to review and then the feedback cycle will begin. Adjustments will be made subject to agreed number of revisions.

DELIVER

Once the project is signed off, all relevant artwork (files) will be delivered and we’ll have another happy client.

“We take on a limited number of projects at a time to ensure we can give each of our clients focused and individual attention during their respective project’s duration. We take on projects on a first come first serve basis and can only agree on project timelines once we have received the agreed minimum deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and we reserve the right to label a project as dormant if there is no agreed actionable feedback from the client for a period of 15 days. Dormant projects can be reactivated if the client fulfils the agreed actionable feedback  within 2 months of the project being dormant.  Failure to do this may lead to the full balance being required before project is reactivated.  This policy is in place to enable us to give unique, focused & individual attention to each of our valued clients.
